The quality of the chicken is has been consistently good with very little trimming needed the pieces cook evenly and stay tender and juicy whether grill bait or cooked in a skillet. We recently use it to make a creamy chicken pasta dish and it turned out restaurant quality. The chicken browned nicely, had great texture, and paired perfectly with a sauce and pasta.
