[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The controls on this microwave are simple and straight forward. We had purchased a Whirlpool which besides not working had control instructions worthy of a NASA science project. We just want to reheat leftovers.....not orbit Mars!

The design is exactly what I was looking for and so is the larger capacity, the power rating, the dependable performance and the easy to use controls. I highly recommend this microwave..for the price you just can’t beat it!

First thing I like appearance and size wize of the inside. And I choose this one because inside is all white. My other microvawave is gray inside its dark for me, the background. I manage to dis able the safety for my husband so it's easy for him, to use as he is used to with the old one. The older one I have its not broken when i change with this one but it's cheaping the metal on the corner edge hoping this one is not will see its only seven days for me. But over all, I love and I recomended it to the other cutomers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this microwave less than a month, but so far we love it. The size is perfect, even for large items. It heats much faster than our old microwave. The controls are intuitive, and we easily disabled the child lock function (we have no kids around), which made it even easier to use. The only negative I can think of is the time display is a bit dim, but we can live with that!

We found the controls not user friendly. There were too many steps to accomplish the simplest tasks. For example if you press 20 sec to heat something it gives you a food message. I think you then have to choose power level then start. Too many steps for every action.

Only 1 issue. . . the lighted display is extremely faint. With normal room lighting, you will find it challenging to read. There is no adjustment to make it 'brighter'. Checked out 2 other new units on the shelf, right out of the box, same weak display. . . be advised.

This is the perfect microwave for my kitchen the dimensions, controls, wattage, capacity and power is exactly what I needed. I love the fingerprint-less feature! That's a great selling point for all of us! GE is my favorite brand and I only purchase GE products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love GE products and this is a nice microwave however the control panel does not light up making it very difficult to select setting. Huge fail. I have to turn on every light in my kitchen to use. Extremely disappointed

I'm disappointed that I could not find the GE that had the 1200 watts but they did have the 1150 watts... So we had to settle for that one. It's not of course as powerful as the other one but it does the job I just have to increase time that I keep things. Flag of learning curve but it's okay.

I love the slate color. Easy to clean. Easy to use. The child safety features are wonderful for our family with multiple small children learning how to use these appliances. So far we are very happy with our purchase.
