Everything is great about this GE microwave except for the increase in wattage power. I now have to enter 55 sec instead of 1 min if on regular power (10) or manually enter the time cook and power level.

I have been buying GE products for the kast 40 years. I hear stories from friends who buy other brands and they fail in a few years. I stand by GE for quality and reliability. Thank you for making great quality products.

Soo happy to find same model I’m replacing after nearly 15 years of daily use. Love interior size, wattage, reliability, & ease of use. Even though most places have built-in microwaves, I still prefer this.

Just bought the microwave this morning. Had it out of the box and running in about 15 minutes. It was very easy to figure out even without instructions. Glad that the Unlock Door instructions were provided on a separate sheet.

Nice microwave. Has everything you need. 30sec button is a big plus. The only thing keeping me from 5starring is that it is hard to read the buttons. The labeling needs to be bolder.

This is the updated version of the similar model we previously had. This one has the same easy-to-use buttons and heats well. I'm optimistic that this model is an improvement over the previous one.

Our first unit was to dim returned got another one inside light is better but control panel still not that brite didgits very hard to read almost need a flash light especially at night.

This microwave oven works well -as long as it does. Our latest one, same model, suddenly stopped working after 14 months of service (!!??). The previous one lasted more than 5 years. Just got our third unit today.

Died within a year and a half. GE refuses to sell any service parts even though it's obvious they have quality issues with their components. Will not be buying anything else made by GE in the future.

Looks nice and the design is very well done and easily usable controls and powerful. Our last ge lasted over ten years. Large enough space capacity to hold large plates. Performes great. Doesn't take up too much counter space.
