[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Swash BL67 to replace a Swash 900 that I had bought 4 years ago and whose remote stopped working. For some 6 months I used the seat commands but,at the end, the S900 started leaking and the nozzle did not get out at all anymore. I bought this S BL67 because the commands are manual and less prone to malfunctions. The installation was super easy as the T junction was already in place. This S BL67 works great for the time being though it is a little noisy when washing.

Gotta say, I was hesitant to drop the money on this thing. Having never owned a bidet before, this seemed like a steep price point to jump in at, though I'm someone who values of quality products that I only have to buy once, this bidet seems to fit that. After using this thing for about a month, 10/10. Installation, ease of use, convenience, and it does the job it's designed to do well, with some added bonus features. I can't speak for Brondell's customer service since I haven't interacted with them, which I suppose is a good thing. Brondell sent me the correct product in a timely fashion, and I have had zero issues with it since receiving it.

Love it. I have ordered 3 bidet's from you and love them all. Never had any issues with them. They always work great. I especially like this model with the controls mounted to the seat. Don't really care for the remote seats but that's just me. Super easy to install,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation was easy, but the seat itself is too thick, causing the overall toilet height to be too high. Also, the appearance of the unit is more “medical device” than “luxury bathroom.” Finally, the bidet takes quite along time to start when using it. There is an awful lot of preparatory whirring prior to actually starting to spray water. I'm a little disappointed, as I thought this would be more comfortable and more pleasant to use. I will probably try to replace it with a thinner, simpler model, like the kind I have on the other toilets in our house.

Just two minor drawbacks I've noticed: the water temperature decreases pretty significantly over the final few seconds of the cycle, and when I push the buttons to move the nozzle forward and backward, the spray often seems slightly off-center. Still really glad we bought it, though.

Got this for my spouse for our anniversary. Big hit! Also love the feature that it must sense a rear end to activate. Prevents the little ones from turning it into a fountain. Easy to use, easy to install, and oh so comfortable.

Very easy to install. Been using it for 3 years. Never a glitch. Only area for improvement is the blower could give out stronger air flow so that drying process can be faster.

The cord is only about 4 feet, so make sure you have an outlet close or order an extension cord with it. The heater makes a little noise when warming the seat and water storage tank. The seat is hard plastic but comfy overall
