[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice product and a lot of features. Shipping was very quick and install was easy. Only reason for a 4 is that the seat itself is massive. That may be on me for not measuring and looking at my current toilet set up. But even though it fits, it's not on the bowl 100% and it's just a massive seat. Everything else has been great and the quality seems very good as well.

However the seat overhangs the toilet bowl by more than an inch. This does not affect our usage of the seat but it makes us aware of the possibility of leakage beyond the toilet.

I reordered what I thought was the same model, but this one came without the drying option. I don't use drying, so it didn't matter. Easy to use and install. I did it myself in less than 30 minutes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sprays cold water first all the time. Most other bidets spray out the water that's been sitting in the pipe so you get the warm stuff but not this one! You get cold water followed by warm!

Had it for only a year and the cover cracked and now the seat cracked. My elderly mom uses it and she only weighs 130 pounds.
