But this one definitely helped what I felt like was getting my metabolism going. I don’t love the taste of these type pills - they taste over saturated with soil, but overall I felt like they helped with metabolism and bloating which is a wonderful goal to find in a probiotic. I will continue taking them, but might bounce around to other probiotics and come back to this one again after a little break. Overall, I do recommend giving them a try for yourself!

I can’t say that they have been helping me go to the bathroom a little more regularly. My stomach feels a lot better when I use them, but I can’t entirely say anything what they’re effectiveness. The pill itself is very large and a little difficult to swallow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pill is average size to swallow. Very easy to store in a cabinet or even in a bag. Can be taken on the go. Just have to remember to take it before during or after a meal.
