The protein blended in so well and created a creamy drink. The chocolate flavor is so good and there is no chalkiness or grittiness. I've made smoothies as well and it was delicious too.

I like mixing it with almond milk and letting it sit so I can drink it the next morning. It kind of turns into a protein chocolate milk shake. It has 24g or protein, I'm used to 30g but it gets the job done. Plus Ghirardelli chocolate is bomb.

But you can also thin it out or just use water and it still tastes rich and chocolatey. Such a good chocolate flavor! Tastes like drinking brownie batter. I just hate the after taste of sucralose so much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When mixed with coconut milk, Ghirardelli Whey Protein has a really thick and creamy consistency, similar to a malt, with a rich chocolate flavor that reminds me of melted (or warm) soft serve chocolate ice cream. It mixes well and dissolves completely without leaving behind any clumps. My favorite way to use this Whey Protein powder is to make ice cream with it. I simply mix 1 serving size or powder with 8 oz of coconut milk, freeze for a few hours, and then use my Ninja Creami to turn it into soft serve ice cream. It tastes even better than a shake and is such an easy way to satisfy my sweet tooth. It makes the perfect low calorie, high protein, low carb treat. Each scoop contains 24 g of protein which is equivalent to 4 large eggs or 3 oz of chicken. It's such an easy way to add more protein to my diet, especially since I'm not a big meat eater.

There is no protein or chalky aftertaste! The chocolate flavor is delicious, makes for a hearthy mocha each morning. I love that there is no added sugar and 1 scoop is 24 grams of protein. I even sure it to make chocolate milk for my kids. The whole family loves it!

I'm not a big fan of it in smoothies or protein shakes because it is quite rich and makes them taste like a chalky texture. The flavor is also quite rich, so if making in a smoothie I would recommend adding a light milk or some fruits, rather than something else that's heavy like peanut butter.

It has a chalky consistency, did not taste like Ghirardelli chocolate, and overall is not something we would use. I'm a big protein shake lover, but this unfortunately ain't it.

I drink in the morning and right after my workout. Been providing me the supplements to support the workout journey. One scoop per serving with some milk is all you need! Taken twice daily so this only last 3 weeks (30 servings) if you use it weekdays.
