The high amount of protein, while remaining low on calories is great for someone who wants to be satiated properly.

But you can also thin it out or just use water and it still tastes rich and chocolatey. Such a good chocolate flavor! Tastes like drinking brownie batter. I just hate the after taste of sucralose so much.
