Overall, it was a good quick meal for a rushed afternoon during work. Would recommend it for the portion size, perfect meal for lunch. Prep was easy, just throw it into the air fryer!

Let me start with how good it taste. It has really good smell and when it cooks it doesn't leave that residue bad. Perfect for quick lunch at home. Really liked it.

Very dry and tastes almost like a crab cake made with tuna instead. I was hoping it'd be more like a piece of tuna rather than canned tuna which is the consistency and taste I got.

Definitely not a fan. It's to fishy. Tried to pair it with green beans but the consistency with the fishy taste was to much. The packing is nice. I prepared to the meal with the air fryer.

Taste great. Good on the grill and has 33 grams of protein. The texture is not bad and it has a fresh taste. I work out everyday and this is a quick way to fulfill your protein goal and is great on a bun or between lettuce.
