Hi Janice, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand how frustrating it can feel when a product doesn’t align with the features that influenced your purchase, and we appreciate you raising this with us.

To clarify, the “17‑in‑1” description refers to the cooker’s ability to replace 17 different cooking tools and appliances, rather than offering 17 separate cooking programs. Your feedback is important to us and will be shared with our team as we continue to work toward clearer product descriptions.

If you’d like to review your model’s functions or discuss options that may better suit your needs, please contact our customer service team at 1‑800‑365‑0135, available Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET.

Kind regards,
Ninja Kitchen
