Hello Melody,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We understand how frustrating it must be to receive a product that doesn’t match what was advertised. This surely isn’t the experience we want for our customers nor the standard we aim to provide. It appears that the product listing on Walmart’s website contains an error. We’ll be working with Walmart to have this corrected as soon as possible. This unit is actually an 11‑in‑1 model, not a 17‑in‑1, and we appreciate you letting us know so this can be fixed. We truly hope that this doesn't affect your thoughts of our brand.

Kind regards,
Shark Clean
