It’s effectively helping for sure, just need to be a little bigger and more of a setup when not holding too. Easy to assemble and cool features with the skin contact. Light weight and comes in handy.

I love working on my garden in the summer, but I get so easily overheated in the summer weather, and the amount of cooling that this little handheld tool puts out is incredible! The fan power on full speed is so cooling, and it has so much strength, that I was actually very surprised! There are three different attachments: a cooling plate, the aforementioned, high-speed fan, and a dry touch mist. The cooling plate is great for your pulse points to add a little touch of cool and the “dry” mist is also very impressively cooling and the slight dampness it creates is a perfect cool on hot skin. BUT the fan!! It’s just such a strong breeze from such a small source, that it’s unbelievable. Build quality is fantastic and it comes with multiple moisture wicks that last about a month. This device is really “COOL,” can’t wait to use it all summer long!

The fan itself is powerful and you can adjust the level to what you need. The dry touch mist gets very cold without adding humidity to you so you can target it to just where you need. The instachill cooling plate is icy cold and just touching it to me cools my whole body down instantly. The attachments are easy to change and it comes with extra wicks for the misting attachment. It’s very fast charging with a usb cord. The digital dial is simple to use. I simply love this chill pill and will be using it all the time!

It’s so easy to use and i love love love the misting feature! the cooling plate is nice for moments where im absolutely overheating (im 35 weeks pregnant) and this has been so helpful! the fan is powerful and the settings are felt both indoors and outdoors.
