I want to start of by saying yes it does make noise but for me it works as white noise .I often use it at night when I get a bit hot and no one else is hot . It is super easy to adjust levels . I like how it comes with a mister during those hot days the mister comes in handy to give a bit more of a cooling effect. This is the coolest fan I own . I use it on my desk as well while im working . Its easy to adjust down while in a call .

It has a sleek design and is easy to carry around without feeling bulky or too heavy. It works well as a tabletop fan or if you’re wanting to cool off after a workout. The device uses interchangeable heads to switch between modes. The fan has 10 settings but when placed on the highest setting the device can be a little loud. The mister creates a super fine mist without leaving your skin or clothes feeling drenched. The metal disc gets super cold and is designed to be pressed against pulse points. The battery life is descent. If run on high you only get roughly 2 hours but if run on lower settings you get much longer. The only cons I see with this device is that it is pricey and you have to swap out different attachments to switch between the misting and cooling plate.

The size is perfect, so I can bring on my purse with no problem, love the 3 uses but for me is perfect just the fan at the moment, has 10 levels and is crazy for this small fan. My pro tip; I use cooling plate for better results with my skin care. The noise is normal, super easy to use and changes heads and the weight is good

It’s portable and really shaped like a pill, so it’s easy to grip and stable enough for desk use. The InstaChill Cooling Plate attachment chills instantly with two convenient modes that left my skin feeling lightly chilled, but so refreshingly cool. The Dry Touch Mist attachment uses ultrasonic atomization, so my clothing was not drenched like most mist fans and the water tank is easy to fill with no spillage when it’s even laid down in my bag. The Fan attachment goes up to ten speeds and rather powerful for such a small device. It sure cooled me nicely when I was sweating a lot. The battery lasts long, but if it’s all day use it would need recharging more frequently!

I use this when applying makeup and after using a setting spray to dry down and set my makeup, or simply when it’s hot, to cool off! It has 10 different speeds to select from for your preferred comfort. There is literally no setup needed; you just charge and use it. There a two other attachments for spraying a mist during blowing & one where the end gets super cold for you to put on parks of your body that need to cool down fast. It’s easy to assemble & use. Compact & easy to travel with! The battery life isn’t nearly long enough tho.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who runs hot and gets overheated easily, I have tried many different cooling devices. I have used both neck and hand held fans, and as a fan this is just okay. This is small and easily portable, but the shot of air is very narrow and not as effective as devices that disperse air wider. This can get very cold if you put on a high setting, but it gets louder as the setting goes up. Anything under four is not effective for noticeable cooling, and five is where this starts to get noisy. Using this on a higher setting also shortens the battery life and this will not last as long as more cost effective options. This has unique features with the instachill cooling plate and dry touch mist, which are both great, but you need to be willing to carry different attachments around. The cooling plate is very effective as a quick cool down. The mister uses a wick, that does need to be changed once a month, and puts out a steady mist for several minutes before needing to refill the tank. This also feels similar to the fan, but offers the most relief. The unit twists to be able to prop up on your desk or table, which is a nice design feature. I would have liked for this to have come with the accessories, to see how effective this unit is when dangling from your neck or wrist. While this is not my favorite fan option, the mister and cooling plate are really nice features.
