[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the two different lengths of tongs I received. They have a small hook so I can hang them if needed in my kitchen. They are both easy to keep open or keep shut with a push of the handle.

I thought that the silicone “jaws” of these tongs looked rather larger than seemed necessary. That proved to be so in use. I had great difficulty grabbing anything thin or small such as turning over tater tots. Those jaws are too long and broad compared with my trusty old metal tongs with scallop-edged jaws. I couldn’t even lift chicken cutlets either. The beveled edges that should slip easily under a cutlet only shoved them around the frying pan. Finally, the push-pull lock tab unlocks the tongs for use when pushed into the base of the tongs—and too often does that when I try to put these tongs into my utensil jar. Might be fine if you store the tongs in a drawer, but I want mine near the stove where I can grab them quickly and easily. A definite fail for me. Your mileage may vary.
