They grab food easily without slipping and with them being silicone it's easier to cook with foods you might have in a cast iron. Very durable and they lock too lightweight so no issue either holding them at all

I've spent way too much time cleaning gooey mess off the end of my previous tongs. They hang nicely off the oven or grill for quick and easy access. They are so well balanced and made I can even pick up small objects with them. I'd absolutely recommend these tongs for every cook in the kitchen.
