The instructions was very informative. It came with 3 boxes of great coffee. It's was easy to clean seeing that the back pops off easy. It's duel coffee making is a great idea. I can have warm drinks 24/7. Awesome!! .

Also can adjust the temperature and make it more strong. This duo coffee maker does everything and I seriously couldn’t be happier with it. It’s also super easy to clean, all the parts come off so you can thoroughly clean it. I would definitely recommend this duo coffee maker by kuerig!

I went from a Tassimo to a Keurig over 20 yrs ago and price wise the Keurig was so much better than the Tassimo and more coffees & teas & I could find my Favorites every time as for the Tassimo many times the coffee/tea was out of stock . I loved my Keurig , better verity , better brands ,even better taste . I also had a Mr coffee pot for when we had guests because everyone making a single cup was a pain , then my sister brought me the Keurig duo which made a pot of coffee & a single cup , which was awesome saved counter space . Than the Iced coffee/tea maker came out I had to buy it , I love ice coffee /iced chi , I loved the iced machine so much I brought my daughter one , but ran into the limited counter space yet again , but i had to have ice coffee & hubby needed his hot coffee so I made it work . Than I kept thinking well if they could come out with a machine that does a pot & a single why do all three -pot/single/iced &wala they did , so I got it & the one machine is awesome not only in counter space but in all my needs . I love having a choice to make a pot or a single hot coffee or iced all in one machine & the water tank is so large , after brewing a pot there is enough water for me to make my iced coffee without filling it up just for one more cup . I did have to order a new universal coffee filter because the other machine ones I have do not work in the K-Duo hot/iced but thats ok , I did use the filter holder from my other one which for this new machine . I donated my old pot/single Keurig as for the old iced I will take that with me traveling so I can have my iced coffee while at family & friends , I am very happy with it .

Looks compliment the kitchen so having it on the counter is no big deal. Definitely recommend if you are a coffee enthusiast.

This is my first time ever owning a Keurig and wow am I so happy I bought it. I’ve used all functions and I’m so glad with the outcome. I live in New England so ice coffee isn’t really a bother to me when it’s winter. I’m so happy I can make my own and how I want it without having to my house. I can also make refreshers as well. I can’t wait till summer comes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will start off by saying I absolutely love having a 2 in one coffee pot. I can make a whole pot or make just a single cup. It brews over ice as well which is great for iced coffees and drinks! I was super pumped to receive this due to the fact it was a 2 in 1!! It’s perfect for just us two in the mornings or if my kids would like a tea or a refresher! It’s super easy for kids to use as well. You can program it to start brewing automatically in the morning which is great for early morning people. It has a setting for extra hot and one for strong coffee. The filter holder is nice and deep, allowing for as little or as much coffee as you’d like to put in. The biggest issue I have with the pot is that when you select 6/8 cups etc, it makes more. Tried to brew a full pot and it over filled the pot. We’ve tried adding water only to the 12 line on the reservoir to brew a full 12 cups, but it then doesn’t brew 12 because there’s not enough water in it. We have done everything correctly, read over everything that came in the box to try and figure it out but no matter what we try, we can not get it to brew the amount we select which is kind of frustrating. I would think I could fill the reservoir to the max line to be able to make a pot with as many cups as I’d like and even be able to make a single cup here or there without having to worry about the pot itself overflowing or making more then let’s say the 4 cups that I selected. Any tips on what to try for that would be very much so appreciated!! The single cup brew part I love. I love an iced coffee occasionally or the refresher k cups! I purchased a keurig iced coffee cup years ago, but unfortunately without a removable base it does not fit. I’ve attached a photo. I can hold it at an angle and it’ll work but I prefer to be able to set my cup down, start the brew and go about what I was doing. So I will have to look into a new cup that will fit! Overall, I do love the keurig. The pot doesn’t spill when I pour a cup. I love the look of it on our counter! We still need to remodel our kitchen and no matter how we remodel it, the sleek black look and design of this duo coffee pot will go well! I am going to keep trying different ways to try and get it to brew the amount of cups we selected for the carafe part!

You can choose between a pot of coffee or single serve k-cups. You can brew over ice, and it doesn’t melt! You can control the strength of the brew! The water container is easier to fill than a typical coffee machine. It is easy to run a cleaning cycle. I will never go back. This dual coffeemaker makes life easier. If anything happens to this one, I will need to replace it. I can’t recommend this one enough!
