This Duo-K is truly fantastic and super easy to use. You do need to read instructions, but it is very simple to understand. The instructions are very detailed as there’s so many different instructions for different options, but it is easy to follow. Love that you can switch to a single serve or multi-cups. The coffee pot is glass but can serve up to 12 cups as the KCup side is from 6-12oz drinks. Another amazing feature of this coffee machine is that you can brew over ice so you can make iced coffee. Essentially this is three coffee machines and one with the different options available. It is an amazing coffee machine. We will definitely get a lot of use of it. There are a lot of new features which include extra hot and strong! Also, the larger coffee pot is a great feature to make larger amounts of coffee. The larger water reservoir is awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Man-o-man I truly live this K-Duo Coffeemaker. We have never had a single serve option that the K-Cup system provides and it is a game changer in my household. We love coffee but don’t always want a full pot. Now I can have one to get the day started and another in the afternoon as a little treat. Then when my wife and I are on the same schedule or we have guests we can put in a pot and offer some delicious coffee to all. The button system is incredibly intuitive. The options for cup (oz) size or number of full cups is great. The tank last for a while before needing to be refilled. So it’s just maybe 3 steps and boom great tasting coffee. It also has a feature to brew a cup of iced coffee which accounts for ice in the cup and dispenses the perfect amount to integrated with melting ice. Love this one

I had purchased the previous DUO model and it was dead out of the box, very disappointing. When I saw this model on sale, I figured that I should try again. So far I am very pleased with this unit. The features are great, they give me much more control over my brewing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am beyond grateful to have been able to receive this Keurig Duo in exchange for my honest opinion... So here it goes. First and foremost, I love that this has the option for iced coffee. I especially love that there is room for a taller cup on the single serve side- because of that, I no longer have to brew my coffee in a mug and then pour over ice. I'm now able to just put my cup with ice under it and brew. I also really like that the buttons are now front facing, rather than on top. Another feature of this that I like much better than my previous Keurig Duo is the placement of the filter basket. It is so much easier to get in and out now by simply lifting the top and picking it up and putting it back in, whereas before you had to line it perfectly and slide it in. Now on to the things that I was not a fan of. I was a little disappointed when I went to place this new Keurig on top of my K-Cup holder drawer. Because of the design of the front of the Keurig Duo, the single serve side stuck out slightly past the front of my drawer and also had it slightly off balance because of that. For that reason I chose to no longer use my drawer and I will have to look for something else to store my K-Cups. I also was a bit disappointed that my previous reusable K-Cups no longer worked for this model. I had to go out and buy another one in order to use my ground coffee for my single serve side. Minor cosmetic issues, but definitely not a deal breaker. All in all, I'm pretty happy with this.

One is drip and the other single serve that uses the Keurig pods. It brews super fast and it’s so quiet. Keeps the the coffee warmed after and has an automatic timer to set in advance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will start off by saying I absolutely love having a 2 in one coffee pot. I can make a whole pot or make just a single cup. It brews over ice as well which is great for iced coffees and drinks! I was super pumped to receive this due to the fact it was a 2 in 1!! It’s perfect for just us two in the mornings or if my kids would like a tea or a refresher! It’s super easy for kids to use as well. You can program it to start brewing automatically in the morning which is great for early morning people. It has a setting for extra hot and one for strong coffee. The filter holder is nice and deep, allowing for as little or as much coffee as you’d like to put in. The biggest issue I have with the pot is that when you select 6/8 cups etc, it makes more. Tried to brew a full pot and it over filled the pot. We’ve tried adding water only to the 12 line on the reservoir to brew a full 12 cups, but it then doesn’t brew 12 because there’s not enough water in it. We have done everything correctly, read over everything that came in the box to try and figure it out but no matter what we try, we can not get it to brew the amount we select which is kind of frustrating. I would think I could fill the reservoir to the max line to be able to make a pot with as many cups as I’d like and even be able to make a single cup here or there without having to worry about the pot itself overflowing or making more then let’s say the 4 cups that I selected. Any tips on what to try for that would be very much so appreciated!! The single cup brew part I love. I love an iced coffee occasionally or the refresher k cups! I purchased a keurig iced coffee cup years ago, but unfortunately without a removable base it does not fit. I’ve attached a photo. I can hold it at an angle and it’ll work but I prefer to be able to set my cup down, start the brew and go about what I was doing. So I will have to look into a new cup that will fit! Overall, I do love the keurig. The pot doesn’t spill when I pour a cup. I love the look of it on our counter! We still need to remodel our kitchen and no matter how we remodel it, the sleek black look and design of this duo coffee pot will go well! I am going to keep trying different ways to try and get it to brew the amount of cups we selected for the carafe part!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OMG, I want to give this coffee maker 1 million stars. I am so in love with this Keurig. It’s super sleek and it looks nice, just aesthetics are amazing. I love the fact that you can have hot or iced coffee and it has the old-school coffee maker on the side which I love for when my grandma comes to visit. She only prefers the old-school coffee makers for obvious reasons. It also came with coffee and tea which was nice as well. I haven’t cleaned it, but I know that there are cleaning pods that I can buy so I’m sure that process will not be too hard and old school side of the coffee maker, I will probably hand wash. The taste that of the coffee once it brews is also good like you just can’t go wrong with the Keurig.

I bought this Keurig a few weeks ago to replace one we have had for many years that was slowly failing. This one is insanely fast! I don’t care for the “cold” option as it doesn’t cool, it just makes a smaller portion. Not sure if that’s what the feature was supposed to do or not to be honest. But I feel like it heats up and brews fast, the pot stays hot all day if you tell it to and the sizing of portions seems pretty accurate. Glad we made the switch!

It can brew both a k cup and a pot really fast. It has a descaling button for easy cleaning and also a very large water reservoir. Now I'm on the hunt for all of the fall drinks with my 50% off coupon included with my Keurig Duo.
