I was looking forward to getting the sleek duo and minimize my counter. I had wanted one for years and it works nice. The brew pot doesn't make a good cup of coffee like my Cuisinart. It comes out watery. I tried adding extra filters for it to brew slower and extra coffee grounds but it's still not good. The strong function is only for the single brew side. It makes a good cup of single brew. I have to use the extra hot function because by the time I add creamer 2-3tbs to my 10to 12coz cup my coffee is cool. I have to microwave it 30 secs. I haven't had a chance to try the iced function yet. But I really don't like the machine and want to return it.

If I’m not using it to make me coffee then my 9 year old daughter is using the single cup to make her and her sister hot chocolate. Yes, I said it! Hot chocolate! It took me less than five minutes to explain to her how to use it and she’s been able to use it on her own without any supervision. Safe to say my family and I love it!

I needed to replace my old duo- and I love the new basket for grounds- less mess. The Kcup feature of extra hot or strong is absolutely fantastic. I haven't used the iced feature yet but once warm weather hits I can't wait for iced coffee and refreshers!!

I bought the duo keurig last month. Machine replaced an older model. Seems to work as it should. Im disappointed the machine went on sale a week after i ordered but Keurig doesnt offer price protection. Most retailers have a 30 day pollicy and will refund the price difference.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love that this coffee maker gives you an option to set a brew timer so your coffee is ready when you wake up. Love that you can make cold or hot coffee. Only bad thing is my coffee pit came with a broken handle so had to duck tape it to be able to use it.

We use our KDuo both ways and are happy with the product. My only gripe is when we use the carafe the bottom of the coffee holder is partially full of water when we remove the holder. I soak it up with paper towel and dry it out. Am I doing something wrong???

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this K-Duo Keurig Coffee Maker! On one side, you can make a hot pot of coffee. On the other side you can make a single serve! That is so convenient! You have multiple settings for how much you would like to make for each side. A removable 72oz water reservoir, which is amazing! You can set it to auto brew, or if you'd like it extra hot and strong! This coffee maker has so many amazing options to brew your coffee. You can also do an iced coffee option to brew over ice! There is a light that allows you to know when to add water as well as when you need to descale. How amazing?! Absolutely worth the money!

I bought this as a Christmas gift for our family. Best thing I ever did. I get my single cup of coffee and my family can make them a full pot. I love the fact that it holds so much water. Coffee comes out wonderful and fast every time..and my daughter loves that it makes iced coffee too.

I like that this is both but it is still the same footprint as my old machine which only had one function. I also appreciate the ability to run a cleaning function on both sides, ability to make the coffee stronger or hotter and also the ability to use the ice function.
