This dual coffee maker is nice. Works as advertised. I replaced the very expensive wifi Keurig that kept losing wifi connection. My husband drinks drip coffee and I drink k-cups. This unit was a good option to save counter space. It was advertised to come with 2 free boxes of coffee, which I never received.

It’s super sleek and it looks nice, just aesthetics are amazing. I love the fact that you can have hot or iced coffee and it has the old-school coffee maker on the side which I love for when my grandma comes to visit. She only prefers the old-school coffee makers for obvious reasons. It also came with coffee and tea which was nice as well. I haven’t cleaned it, but I know that there are cleaning pods that I can buy so I’m sure that process will not be too hard and old school side of the coffee maker, I will probably hand wash. The taste that of the coffee once it brews is also good like you just can’t go wrong with the Keurig.

It is so easy to use and has several cup size and brew strength options. Both sides of the machine are easy to clean and use. The design uses clean lines and is attractive on our counter. Overall I would recommend!

I received this item little bit before christmas and the one side already quit working. Called for a replacement and they said they r out of them and would send when they had them. Which makes it worse on us. We now have pretty much a coffee maker that doesn't work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This k-Duo is perfection!! It does everything you need. At least for me. It has ice coffee setting, k-cup setting, and your drip style coffee. It has a clock with also a automatic brewer button so you can wake up to fresh coffee in the morning. I had the original Duo but it stopped working last year completely. So I was so excited to get this one that is updated. It came with three free boxes with it of McDonald's ice mocha (it is delicious), dunkin donuts coffee, and a ice green tea of k-cup. If your looking for a coffee pot don't second guess this one just buy it!
