This is my first time ever owning a Keurig and wow am I so happy I bought it. I’ve used all functions and I’m so glad with the outcome. I live in New England so ice coffee isn’t really a bother to me when it’s winter. I’m so happy I can make my own and how I want it without having to my house. I can also make refreshers as well. I can’t wait till summer comes.

If I’m not using it to make me coffee then my 9 year old daughter is using the single cup to make her and her sister hot chocolate. Yes, I said it! Hot chocolate! It took me less than five minutes to explain to her how to use it and she’s been able to use it on her own without any supervision. Safe to say my family and I love it!

It uses using both K-Cup® pods and ground coffee to brew a cup and or a pot of coffee. The large water reservoir is shared between single serve and carafe brewing, which means fewer water refills to save you time. The 12-cup glass carafe includes a heating plate perfect for keeping coffee hot. The added convenience of the Pause & Pour feature makes serving easy and quick. It has multiple brew sizes for the carafe as well, which is super convenient depending on how much coffee you need to make. I love that there is a Programmable Carafe Auto Brew option so I can set the night before and have a pot of coffee, hot and fresh as soon as I wake up. I love that it uses both ground coffee and K-cups. I love the single serve option for when in a hurry or when I don’t want to make a large pot of coffee, but still need to have a cup. The machine itself is compact and does not takeoff much counterspace. It is easy to clean the machine and also to remove the water reservoir and clean it. I also love that it has the Carafe side so that you can also make coffee for everyone as well. It works nicely, it’s easy to use and makes the best hot and iced coffee so quickly! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee maker is such an upgrade from my last one! I love the kcup and full pot brew options! I also love that it has an iced tea option. The kcup portion makes 5 pin holes into your pot instead of one and I feel it gives you bigger flavoring of coffee. I love the options for cup size as well.

I bought this Keurig a few weeks ago to replace one we have had for many years that was slowly failing. This one is insanely fast! I don’t care for the “cold” option as it doesn’t cool, it just makes a smaller portion. Not sure if that’s what the feature was supposed to do or not to be honest. But I feel like it heats up and brews fast, the pot stays hot all day if you tell it to and the sizing of portions seems pretty accurate. Glad we made the switch!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is exactly what I needed! I had the K-iced before this one because I love my iced coffee from time to time. I love the convenience of popping in a K cup and brewing a quick cup of coffee. But I cannot tell you how many times I contemplated switching to a regular coffee pot, especially on weekends where I want more than one cup or when me and my husband both wanted a cup. This brought that to life! You have the convenience of the K cup, but if you’re needing a cost effective option for several cups that’s there too! AND it has the iced coffee feature too! Literally the best of both worlds. Or 3? Lol. The design is beautiful. The coffee pot is a durable thick glass and looks really clean and nice. The water tank is also pretty big so we won’t have to fill it up as often. It’s super easy to navigate. You just put either a k cup in or you put the ground coffee and filter on the other side. Then just hit the button for which side you’re trying to use (whole pot or 1 cup) and then how big you want it. I attached a photo of mid-brew where I was brewing a 6 cup pot of coffee just to show what it looks like. Once you make your selection, brewing is almost immediate. None of the waiting for it to heat up, having to turn it on and wait for it to pre heat before you make your selection. None of that! Just press the button and walk away. For the pot of coffee you can also pre-set it to start brewing for you in the mornings. It has every feature that you’d want in a regular coffee pot, just a lot more extra perks too. Keurig really knocked this one out of the park.

This Duo-K is truly fantastic and super easy to use. You do need to read instructions, but it is very simple to understand. The instructions are very detailed as there’s so many different instructions for different options, but it is easy to follow. Love that you can switch to a single serve or multi-cups. The coffee pot is glass but can serve up to 12 cups as the KCup side is from 6-12oz drinks. Another amazing feature of this coffee machine is that you can brew over ice so you can make iced coffee. Essentially this is three coffee machines and one with the different options available. It is an amazing coffee machine. We will definitely get a lot of use of it.
