First off it’s light - which means for those of you with less counter space it will be easy to pick up and store away. Second there is so many options. Single serve with different size capacities vs carafe for serving the family. Then there’s the iced which is hot which is amazing - the iced feature is just so convenient. The extra hot temp Is a must have for me since I have gotten upset t before when coffee makers are not getting hot enough for me. I love that you can use your own grounds which is my preference or convenient k cups. There are so many k cup options including doing hot chocolate which I found as such a great and easy way to make it- no dusty hot chocolate powder all over the counter. I really enjoy this machine - it’s easy to use, easy to store and easy to make endless amount of coffee options

The feature allowing to make hot or iced is excellent as well. The only critique I have is that the meausuring lines on the pot I received face the back of the machine instead of the front. Otherwise, it’s perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This k-Duo is perfection!! It does everything you need. At least for me. It has ice coffee setting, k-cup setting, and your drip style coffee. It has a clock with also a automatic brewer button so you can wake up to fresh coffee in the morning. I had the original Duo but it stopped working last year completely. So I was so excited to get this one that is updated. It came with three free boxes with it of McDonald's ice mocha (it is delicious), dunkin donuts coffee, and a ice green tea of k-cup. If your looking for a coffee pot don't second guess this one just buy it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am beyond grateful to have been able to receive this Keurig Duo in exchange for my honest opinion... So here it goes. First and foremost, I love that this has the option for iced coffee. I especially love that there is room for a taller cup on the single serve side- because of that, I no longer have to brew my coffee in a mug and then pour over ice. I'm now able to just put my cup with ice under it and brew. I also really like that the buttons are now front facing, rather than on top. Another feature of this that I like much better than my previous Keurig Duo is the placement of the filter basket. It is so much easier to get in and out now by simply lifting the top and picking it up and putting it back in, whereas before you had to line it perfectly and slide it in. Now on to the things that I was not a fan of. I was a little disappointed when I went to place this new Keurig on top of my K-Cup holder drawer. Because of the design of the front of the Keurig Duo, the single serve side stuck out slightly past the front of my drawer and also had it slightly off balance because of that. For that reason I chose to no longer use my drawer and I will have to look for something else to store my K-Cups. I also was a bit disappointed that my previous reusable K-Cups no longer worked for this model. I had to go out and buy another one in order to use my ground coffee for my single serve side. Minor cosmetic issues, but definitely not a deal breaker. All in all, I'm pretty happy with this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my other coffee maker for over 4 years and this upgrade was needed! My first Keurig and I’m amazed! This model has the availability to brew up to 12 cups or single serve. This is what I’ve came up with after using it for a month. Pro’s: Single cup K-cup is fast at brewing. Water reservoir is nice and large. Excellent option to add a water filtration to the reservoir. Recyclable k-cup pods. Coffee comes out nice and hot and you can make it come out extra hot. Con’s: The Manual mentions a cleansing brew after brewing sweetened pods to keep needles clean but the instructions aren’t very clear on how to do it for the single k-cup side. I Wish it had a reusable coffee filter for the carafe side, I tried looking for one online but there’s none available yet.

I love how I can set it and it starts no problems the cleaning process of it super easy. I love the different temperatures I like mystify really hot because I put lot of creamers in it so I do the extra hot and it brews super fast. The amount of water this thing holds is unbelievable the capacity of the tank well thought of. and this isn’t the first of this kind of coffee pot I’ve had I also have had ninja. I’ve had multiple Keurig but this one I just love.
