[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product. I love the 2 in 1 feature. If I am just making coffee for myself I can just make 1 cup. If I have guests over and need to make more then I have the pot option to use! The sleek black appearance goes well with my kitchen. I will say that I wish the part that you put a k cup in was slanted. Having it open straight up makes it difficult to have the machine placed under a cabinet. I have to slide the machine forward each time I want to use a k cup. Additionally, you have to order a water filter separately. I have well water and absolutely need a filter. Lastly, the price. I can not justify spending this much when there are similar products for much cheaper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is EXACTLY what I was looking for. I love that this product has a more traditional coffee maker and a keurig. This looks so nice on my counter and being able to set 24 hours in advance to make a pot of coffee is perfect for my life. I didn’t know that I needed the iced coffee maker until I got this. It tastes great and saves me trips to coffee shops. Highly recommend.

We've had the Duo for a couple of months or so. I believe it's our 6th one over the last many years. I thought I'd miss the "smart" features of our last machine with its programmability, but don't at all. Coffee comes out hotter and stronger than previous units and appears the pump may be more robust as it seems to pump stronger and faster. We primarily use the single serve side, but it's nice to have the multi cup option which we use a couple times a week or so. We bought a permanent filter for the carafe side and the jury is still out on that, I rate the performance 5 star, but the value down based on the requirement to purchase additional coffee with an auto order to get the better price.

We use our KDuo both ways and are happy with the product. My only gripe is when we use the carafe the bottom of the coffee holder is partially full of water when we remove the holder. I soak it up with paper towel and dry it out. Am I doing something wrong???

The kcup side is perfect for when I’m alone and the coffee maker side if perfect for when I have company. I do have small counter space so I will definitely need to make some adjustments. The coffee and iced tea that came with are definitely a pleasant bonus as well. All those flavors tasted great, especially the tropical green iced tea!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What an amazing machine! There are so many possibilities with this coffee maker- cup, carafe, strong, xtra hot, or to brew over ice. It has a large water reservoir (72 oz). There are also many brew sizes- it is just perfect and so easy to use! I am so happy with this product and would recommend it to anyone interested in buying!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A carafe and k cup in one! Durable, heavy duty, but not too big that it won’t fit on the counter. Has a water reserve in the back for either side and multiple size options. Easy to switch between both and even has a brew over ice option!

This is my first time ever owning a Keurig and wow am I so happy I bought it. I’ve used all functions and I’m so glad with the outcome. I live in New England so ice coffee isn’t really a bother to me when it’s winter. I’m so happy I can make my own and how I want it without having to my house. I can also make refreshers as well. I can’t wait till summer comes.

I bought the duo keurig last month. Machine replaced an older model. Seems to work as it should. Im disappointed the machine went on sale a week after i ordered but Keurig doesnt offer price protection. Most retailers have a 30 day pollicy and will refund the price difference.
