Love the Duo, Gen 2! The option to make a pot or a cup is fantastic. This is quieter and quicker than my old one that finally wore out.

If I’m not using it to make me coffee then my 9 year old daughter is using the single cup to make her and her sister hot chocolate. Yes, I said it! Hot chocolate! It took me less than five minutes to explain to her how to use it and she’s been able to use it on her own without any supervision. Safe to say my family and I love it!

This Duo-K is truly fantastic and super easy to use. You do need to read instructions, but it is very simple to understand. The instructions are very detailed as there’s so many different instructions for different options, but it is easy to follow. Love that you can switch to a single serve or multi-cups. The coffee pot is glass but can serve up to 12 cups as the KCup side is from 6-12oz drinks. Another amazing feature of this coffee machine is that you can brew over ice so you can make iced coffee. Essentially this is three coffee machines and one with the different options available. It is an amazing coffee machine. We will definitely get a lot of use of it. We have a coffee maker, a ninja that makes cold and blended drinks and this will replace them both. I love my strong cup of coffee but there are so many flavors of the pods you can get now that I want to try them all

I went from a Tassimo to a Keurig over 20 yrs ago and price wise the Keurig was so much better than the Tassimo and more coffees & teas & I could find my Favorites every time as for the Tassimo many times the coffee/tea was out of stock . I loved my Keurig , better verity , better brands ,even better taste . I also had a Mr coffee pot for when we had guests because everyone making a single cup was a pain , then my sister brought me the Keurig duo which made a pot of coffee & a single cup , which was awesome saved counter space . Than the Iced coffee/tea maker came out I had to buy it , I love ice coffee /iced chi , I loved the iced machine so much I brought my daughter one , but ran into the limited counter space yet again , but i had to have ice coffee & hubby needed his hot coffee so I made it work . Than I kept thinking well if they could come out with a machine that does a pot & a single why do all three -pot/single/iced &wala they did , so I got it & the one machine is awesome not only in counter space but in all my needs . I love having a choice to make a pot or a single hot coffee or iced all in one machine & the water tank is so large , after brewing a pot there is enough water for me to make my iced coffee without filling it up just for one more cup . I did have to order a new universal coffee filter because the other machine ones I have do not work in the K-Duo hot/iced but thats ok , I did use the filter holder from my other one which for this new machine . I donated my old pot/single Keurig as for the old iced I will take that with me traveling so I can have my iced coffee while at family & friends , I am very happy with it .

I bought this as a Christmas gift for our family. Best thing I ever did. I get my single cup of coffee and my family can make them a full pot. I love the fact that it holds so much water. Coffee comes out wonderful and fast every time..and my daughter loves that it makes iced coffee too.
