It’s alright. I wish the reservoir were located at the center of the machine between the pot and kcup option, or it had a foldable handle on it.

Best coffee maker ever two in one can’t beat that when in a hurry, single cup.when I want my house to smell like a coffe house I use the carafe

Love it so far! I use it multiple times a day, every day. I am so excited to have the option to make a cup at a time or a pot when I have visitors.

We all love our new keurig it looks much better on our coffee bar then having two separate machines, and it works real nice

I love my new Keurig hot and iced duo. It's great I love my iced coffee and when family is around we use the carafe more.

This is a great coffee machine, especially for single roast cold brew coffee. Would be nice if it also did a cold brew for the large pot.

I love it. My husband uses the carafe side and I use the pod side. It's nice to have one coffee machine on my coffee bar instead of two!

Good job on the carafe with a guard so that it doesn't leak all over when you pour! Great easy to use machine...loving it!!

Nice coffee pot. It doesn't have an on/off button which I found weird. Really love the "extra hot" feature.
