Bought for my son and his wife for Xmas- they wanted a single brewer not also the option to use the bags of grounds they received! They love it, lots of little options available on the single brew too- xtra hot, stronger - sizes!

Love the features and the speed of the single serve when you are in a hurry , also the brew selection for the carafe. Great price for a great coffee maker

Love the multi-functionality of this coffee maker! We like big pots on the weekends and pods during the week. Haven’t made iced coffee yet but look forward to that feature when it’s warmer outside.

We have been enjoying our Keurig K-Dou we recently bought to replace our Keurig K-cup machine. We have used all features (carafe, single serve and Iced coffee. We love the flexibility!

We wanted to replace a drip coffeemaker and keurig with one machine. This machine works well. I make a pot in the morning and we can have a cup later in the day whether coffee, coco, or other freshly made hot beverage. We love it

Works as it should. My wife uses the k cup side for tea and i ise it for am occasional cup during the afternoon. I use the pot in the mornings to take coffee to go.

The best of both worlds! We've had Keurig's before but this certainly is their best... Quick, quiet, easy to use and brews fantastic coffee (cup & pot).

So far so good! We really enjoy the convenience of having the Keurig and the coffee pot together for use as needed. It all functions very well and makes delicious coffee! It's also a nice size that doesn't take up much room on the counter top.

Tastes like plastic, can't get it out. have run tanks of vinegar, baking soda, lemon juice and water. Single serve and multi-serve both just smell and taste of plastic. Don't waste your money.

Very large unit on the counter. We bought it because of the claims of better coffee from pods. Not so for us, we went from 12 oz on our previous Keurig unit to 10 oz on this one to try to match the taste. We are disappointed.
