Set-up was easy and quick. Access to control panel and setting the coffee maker is simple and easy. The design takes up less space than our old maker. Oh yeah, it makes great coffee from either grounds or pods. We are very pleased.

Sadly , I expected a lot more out of this machine. The autobrew appears to be a very cumbersome feature. And the pot spills all over, even with care.

The instructions could be better...the wrong button cited to keep the hot plate on. We figured it out by trial and error. The Strong setting has to be hit with every brew. Other than those cons, it's great.

I have tried other brands and have had no luck with their brewing systems. I have owned this product for two weeks and it has not missed a beat. Fully satisfied.

Highly recommend as a duel option space saver coffee station in one. No wait time to get that much needed morning coffee. Having guests, the large capacity coffee pot does the trick.

Nice coffee pot. Easy setup and easy to use. Brews coffee fast. I wish the markers in the water tank were marked better so it is easier to read and I wish the Xtra hot and strong buttons work for the carafe too

So far so good! We really enjoy the convenience of having the Keurig and the coffee pot together for use as needed. It all functions very well and makes delicious coffee! It's also a nice size that doesn't take up much room on the counter top.

The “extra hot” and “strong brew” buttons are misleading. They are not connected to the pot/carafe selection, only for the k-cup. My Nija has a strong brew for the pot cycle.

Makes excellent coffee. This holds true for both grounds and pods. I wish the pod side had an inch more clearance for taller mugs. We like the front controlls for ease of use from a wheel chair.

Love my new coffee maker! I use it on counter where I used to have my cuisinart! It has keurig single and keurig carafe brewing. It takes up less room than the single one. It frees up counter space than before!
