We absolutely love this coffee pot system. All features work well and efficiently. The versatility of using pods or grounds, hot or iced is exactly what our family needs!

Absolute junk. Used maybe 10 times and it stops in the middle of a cup and now won't turn on. This is the second one that's done it. You product is garbage

So convenient! I get easy quick individual hot or iced coffee, and even tea! I can preset a pot for the next morning, too. I love that we have a variety of k-cup flavors to choose from so everyone gets their favorite.

Bought myself this after Christmas & I have not been disappointed! I love that it can do hot & cold as well as make a pot - & keep it hot! This is what I've been waiting for from Keurig

This is my fifth Keurig over the past 20plus years. I wanted a single serve AND a carafe as well. This Keurig does both! After setup and rinsing it works great! Good single serving AND carafe coffee.

We wanted to replace a drip coffeemaker and keurig with one machine. This machine works well. I make a pot in the morning and we can have a cup later in the day whether coffee, coco, or other freshly made hot beverage. We love it

I absolutely love my new Keurig Duo! I am able to preset and brew a full carafe for my husband while brewing a single cup for myself before refilling the water reservoir.

All operations worked perfectly! A single cup of perfect coffee is delivered in 45 seconds! I can then switch to the carafe and enjoy a nice, fresh cup of coffee while I wait for a full pot to brew. Very happy with this product!

So far so good! We really enjoy the convenience of having the Keurig and the coffee pot together for use as needed. It all functions very well and makes delicious coffee! It's also a nice size that doesn't take up much room on the counter top.

Everything is great! One drawback however is that it won't brew a pot of coffee that's smaller than 6 cups. I don't always want that much coffee, so I end up pouring it down the drain.
