The feature allowing to make hot or iced is excellent as well. The only critique I have is that the meausuring lines on the pot I received face the back of the machine instead of the front. Otherwise, it’s perfect!

So here it goes. First and foremost, I love that this has the option for iced coffee. I especially love that there is room for a taller cup on the single serve side- because of that, I no longer have to brew my coffee in a mug and then pour over ice. I'm now able to just put my cup with ice under it and brew. I also really like that the buttons are now front facing, rather than on top. Another feature of this that I like much better than my previous Keurig Duo is the placement of the filter basket. It has ice coffee setting, k-cup setting, and your drip style coffee. It has a clock with also a automatic brewer button so you can wake up to fresh coffee in the morning. I had the original Duo but it stopped working last year completely. So I was so excited to get this one that is updated. It came with three free boxes with it of McDonald's ice mocha (it is delicious), dunkin donuts coffee, and a ice green tea of k-cup. If your looking for a coffee pot don't second guess this one just buy it!

My first Keurig and I’m amazed! This model has the availability to brew up to 12 cups or single serve. This is what I’ve came up with after using it for a month. Pro’s: Single cup K-cup is fast at brewing. Water reservoir is nice and large. Excellent option to add a water filtration to the reservoir. Recyclable k-cup pods. Coffee comes out nice and hot and you can make it come out extra hot. Con’s: The Manual mentions a cleansing brew after brewing sweetened pods to keep needles clean but the instructions aren’t very clear on how to do it for the single k-cup side. Im disappointed the machine went on sale a week after i ordered but Keurig doesnt offer price protection. Most retailers have a 30 day pollicy and will refund the price difference.

It has completely replaced my regular coffee pot. You can choose between a pot of coffee or single serve k-cups. You can brew over ice, and it doesn’t melt! You can control the strength of the brew! The water container is easier to fill than a typical coffee machine. It is easy to run a cleaning cycle. I will never go back. This dual coffeemaker makes life easier. If anything happens to this one, I will need to replace it. I can’t recommend this one enough!

I already had the original (first generation) model and loved it. Now, with this one, I love it even more! I love that the controls are now in the front for easier view and you have the options from 6-12 cups and ounces. This one also has a cold brew feature, so it just makes it so much more practical in every home.
