I love the fact that it holds so much water. Coffee comes out wonderful and fast every time..and my daughter loves that it makes iced coffee too.

Warming plate only stays on for 2hr hr you have to reset auto brew every night the carafe can not go into the dishwasher no bold settings on the crafafe side the lip on the warming plate keep the pot from sitting flat sometimes

The brew pot doesn't make a good cup of coffee like my Cuisinart. It comes out watery. I tried adding extra filters for it to brew slower and extra coffee grounds but it's still not good. The strong function is only for the single brew side. It makes a good cup of single brew. I have to use the extra hot function because by the time I add creamer 2-3tbs to my 10to 12coz cup my coffee is cool. I have to microwave it 30 secs. I haven't had a chance to try the iced function yet. But I really don't like the machine and want to return it.

This coffee maker is the legit best I’ve ever had!! I love that you can brew a nice 6-12 cup coffee using a filter and a beautiful glass carafe that comes with it. The other side is the K-Cup side which you can either make a hot coffee, tea or iced coffee or iced tea. I’ve been playing with this amazing maker and have created many delicious drinks. I love how easy it is to use and how easy it is to clean. This is perfect for just yourself and perfect if you have a gathering. There’s plenty of coffee and tea for everyone. Bonus it came with 3 boxes of kcups. Tea, iced coffee and hot coffee! Truly amazing!! I love this maker 10/10

It has lots of great features like time delays, hot plate keeping your coffee warm, a feature that allows you to brew over ice (it comes out at diff temps to ensure less ice melting), and a multi-stream feature that saturates the grounds more for better flavor. I have been using it for around a month before I am writing this review and I am throughly satisfied. I love the multiple brewing options. I have brewed a full pot when I had company and use the individual k cups on a daily basis. It brews hot and iced beverages equally well. My 20 oz. travel mug fits as long as I remove the base of the coffee maker. Overall, I would recommend!

It has a strong, extra hot, and even an iced drink button. It can brew both a k cup and a pot really fast. It has a descaling button for easy cleaning and also a very large water reservoir. Now I'm on the hunt for all of the fall drinks with my 50% off coupon included with my Keurig Duo.

My husband cannot live without his coffee and although I'm not a strong coffee lover, I do love my iced lattes and flavored coffees from time to time. When the Keurig Duo arrived, we tried it right away. He used ground coffee on the carafe, the usual style, and I tried the Mocha Frappe that came with the machine. It tasted great and my husband said that the coffee was ok. But now he has options with the flavors on the Keurig. And with the coffeemaker, we could serve coffee to multiple guests. It's an amazing product.

Making iced coffee from previously brew coffee just isn’t the same at home. I’ve had a regular Keurig in the past and loved it but but it doesn’t help when you have a lot of people wanting coffee, so I love this also has the side-by-side coffee maker and can make up to 12 cups of coffee. I love that. I can use the single sign for other things like tea and hot chocolate as well. This is the perfect all in one for all your hot and cold beverage needs. I highly recommend this.

This Duo-K is truly fantastic and super easy to use. You do need to read instructions, but it is very simple to understand. In our household we like to have traditional coffee and we also like to have different hot drink options and the single serve comes in handy. We like to mix it up and this machine allows for that.
