I think it is absolutely necessary in order to have the protection from all the allergies and flu going around.

A great product the whole family can take. Started taking it to boost our Vitamin C for cold and flu season. But now take it all year long.

Just purchased but I believe they will be a big help in sustaining my health which is important since I am considered old at 82!

Agree with the other reviews regarding the product change, I will no longer purchase this product since the zinc has been removed.

WE have taken this brand of Vit. C for over a year. Easy to swallow is what makes it easier for the older folks in the house.

Not much to think about, other than they are coated and easy to swallow, unlike the ones from the drugstore which I threw out.

So far, the product seems fine. The capsules are hard and big, however, and I am unsure of their absorption rate.

The right combination of Vit C, rosehips and Bioflavonoids. I take 2000 mg daily so this product, i take one in the morning and one at lunch.

Great product, important for your health. The tablet has a good size and easy to swallow. Its flavor is good and does leave a good taste
