Hey Folks it's vitamin C. I take two of these a day and have for years. I live on a farm am a fairly active 73 yo male with osteoporosis. I am 6' tall and weigh 285 pounds .and have broken only one bone in the past 20 years. I don't know if this vitamin C is part of the reason for not breaking bones but I am sure it hasn't hurt. Also am unvaccinated and have not even had more than a little runny nose for years.

During COVID pandemic my nurse practitioner recommended this, starting at 1000 (one tablet), working up to 3000 (three tablets). I've been taking three tablets every day for almost two years and have been healthier than I've been in years. First winter I've gone through without a sinus infection, in over five years.

I ordered this online, but was surprised, when it came to my home.The bottle was Hugh ( 7 inches tall), VERY well priced, 500 tablets ( suggests 1 tablet per day with 1000 mg in each tablet. It's $14.95 for the bottle! That's over a years worth, or .03 cents per tablet. I don't buy many vitamins, but I'm in the house most of the day, and felt the Vitamin C was well worth the price. Name brands can't even compare. They are MUCH more expensive, and don't offer the quantity or quality of Sam's own brand.(Don't be surprised at the weight of this bottle, it's really packed. Also Sam's allows returns, and your money back.)

Awesome supplement, I don't get colds, flu, or even Covid, perhaps there is something to this. Not exactly clinical trials but it works for me.

Have been taking Vitamin C for years, it keeps my immune system working very well. No colds, flu, or covid, I am also 81.

I take vitamin C daily because my immune system is not great. I feel like these keep me healthier. These are a cost effective solution

I take a Vitamin C, with zinc tablet daily, This is a Member's Mark vitamin, and I like and trust the brand. For a 500 count bottle the price point is very good.

Don't know if it's all in my mind or actuality, but I feel energized when I maintain this supplement. I have taken it for years and don't want to be without it.

I always take vit C to boost my immune system; but C is water soluble. So I prefer to spread out the doses, rather than 1 GRAM surge. I wish they made these in 500mg; but to get that I have to shop elsewhere.

I am sure they will be fine, but I have not had them long enough to feel comfortable with them. They are certainly exactly what the Dr. recommended. Seems like a very good product for the price and timely delivered by Sam's club delivery system.
