I was leaking so much through sanitary pads and even adult diapers that I was losing sleep at night in fear of staining my bed. I was finally able to get a good night's sleep by laying these pads in my bed and sleeping on top of them. Waking up to a quick and easy cleanup in the morning was nice too. I could just throw the pads away instead of having to wash sheets as soon as I woke up.

It’s covers a lot of space on the bed and that helps with the unnecessary leakage that may happen with other pads because of how short they are. As a mom who have very heavy periods I use this mainly for that purpose if I do have an leakage from my pad during the night then this underpaid protects my sheets. I also use it for my kid that occasionally sleeps with me and will have accidents here and there this does the trick . I absolutely love it for the reason of it having multiple uses.

These are a bit thin and slightly too short to reach across the bed without bunching up every time she gets out of bed. But, they work well enough with 2, and the cost is by far better than Amazon.

Use for my elderly mom as she is incontinent. Use on her bed, the couch, car seat & the floor beside her bed. Also use as a sterile pad for changing the bandage on her wound. The pad is absorbent enough that nothing leaks through.

These underpads especially the large size one has been very helpful in our patient home care needs. Quality really absorbant and thicker than their regular size one. Its better than the one used in the hospital Mckeeson brand. For home use adult care this is our go to. And please don't change the quality of this.

My husband has incontinence issues at night due to a small stroke. I put them under a washable bed pad for extra protection. These were like paper. They ripped easily just carefully unfolding them. Useless as bed protection, even for someone who is small doesn't roll around much. Dog training pads are better than these were.

These are large pads that are great to use for dog pads. They are very absorbent and work very well with the dogs. I do not think you would be dissatisfied by purchasing this product. The larger pad is only available online but they come in a smaller size also and they are available in store. They are a very popular item so it's good to get a couple when you go because they go very quickly. It's a great product and a great price for the quantity you receive.

I ordered these under pads for use in an inside play yard for one of our calves that was born two months early and whose mama had died. We’re bottle feeding since she was born at only 20 lbs. we used these pads faithfully and they are very absorbent!
