I was leaking so much through sanitary pads and even adult diapers that I was losing sleep at night in fear of staining my bed. I was finally able to get a good night's sleep by laying these pads in my bed and sleeping on top of them. Waking up to a quick and easy cleanup in the morning was nice too. I could just throw the pads away instead of having to wash sheets as soon as I woke up.

I buy these all the time for my dogs. One is a very small dog that uses the pad because she doesn't like to go out if it's raining or cold. I have another 24lb dog who is on prednisone and is drinking lots of water and uses the pads frequently. These are a life saver for me. They holdup very well and are very strong. Super cost efficient.

I bought these pads after finding them on Sam's website. I had been using leftover puppy pads that my dog no longer needed and they worked but I had to use 4/four at a time and tape them together so that they won't move. With the Member's Mark brand size XL-30X36 I only have to use 1/one pad and feel safe that if I do have any leakage during my sleep it will be maintained within the pad. After spinal cord surgery I was left with a weak bladder and this product makes me feel like a man who has control of this issue. No more wet sheets and I can sleep without any night clothes once again.

This was my first time purchasing this particular item from Sam's Club, and I couldn't be anymore happier! I have purchased the other items in club that is a part of the Member's Mark Total Protection group many different times. And went elsewhere to purchase this particular item. I wish that Sam's Club would sell this in club also! #ONESTOPSHOPPING that would be oh so helpful!

We have ordered these before. They are just what my husband needs. The size is great instead of using two smaller ones, just one of these takes care of the job. Also like that we have them delivered right to our door, which makes it so much easier for me.

The pads are nice and large, but the quality has been going down hill. Last week I folded one and when I gently shook it to put it in place it exploded and the filling went everywhere including all over me amd in my eyes. My eyes are still irritated from the filling!

These are such a big help. I have gotten the large ones before too. But I really do love the extra coverage of these XL. And they really do absorb a lot. I keep them in the travel bag too. I put them under the sheets too just incase so nothing happens to the mattress either. If your caring for someone who can know longer control their bladder all the time this is a must add to the list of other things to make life easier.

Worst pee pad I ever had! Super thin and so so messy if it tear!
