I use these as piddle pads for my old dog. They work well for this purpose. Probably not as well for the stated purpose as they don’t hold much and wouldn’t keep a person dry.

I buy these underpads to use as dog pads in my dog kennel. I loved the convince of buying online, but sad to see my local Sams club has stopped carring them in the store

Good price and a great value, I find these pads to be a bit thin. Even the “house” brand at Walmart have more absorbent material. I knocked one star off for that but they are still a great value

We use them for our dogs as they are paper trained. We purchased a disaster pan like you see under the clothes washers, and we line the pan with 2 or 3 of these pads. Works great and the size is perfect for this. Hard to find pads this big.

I have purchased these bed pads for use as potty pads for my 4%23 dog. Until the last 2 cases they had terrific absorption. The quality of the past 2 cases has dramatically decreased so my very small dog has to have her paws washed nearly every time she urinates, as there is very little absorption and the urine soaks her paws. Sam’s Club, please CHANGE SUPPLIERS!! The XL pads in another brand I also order are fantastic. Can you order smaller sizes of those and ditch the current large size and brand I have noted on this review?!!

We run a dog rescue and use these as puppy pads since they are bigger and cheaper than actual puppy pads. Disappointed to see that they aren't as absorbent as the previous version, plus the price increased by $1. They are doing the job at the moment, but prefer the previous version. Only plus is they are easier to store since they come in a box as opposed to the plastic wrapping on the previous version.

I've got to stand up for Sam's Club after seeing several negative reviews. These under pads work well. No leakage. (How can a plastic backed pad leak? Only way I can think of is if the back is torn or chewed on.). Yes, we used the older blue style for several years with incontinent pets in our rescue. I was a bit leery after seeing the negative reviews, but went ahead with the purchase of the new style. The new tan version works just fine! Users need to remember these are NOT puppy pads. They don't have a scent to attract the puppy/dog, which is one reason we like them. The price is very good for 120 pads and we like the size, as it matches the "playpen" that we use for sick dogs. Depending on the dog’s needs, we sometimes will place a towel over the pad, so the dog isn't sitting/laying directly on the pad. Other times, we put the pad on one side of the playpen and the dog's bedding on the other. Either way works for us and works well. I do remember a time we had a pad laying directly on the floor and it became wet underneath. Turns out the dog had wet at the edge of the pad, so the urine went on the pad and under it. But that's certainly not a product defect. For those that only want puppy pads, use those instead. But for us, these pads work wonders in several situations for incontinent/sick dogs in our rescue. Thank you Sam's Club for offering an affordable choice!

My family used theses pads for my father and our dogs, we have small fooo fooo dogs my father has passed. Over the years there have been quality issues. We all noticed. We would double upon the pads @ times. However I still use them for pets as well as putting them under crib sheets for my grand children. Saved a lot of time not having to clean baby bed mattresses. I have even used them in my car due to grandchildren being messy with sippy cups among other things.
