The pads aren’t as thick and don’t absorb like they used to. We’re trying to find a different brand. We’ve used this product for over a decade, so this is disappointing. We’re checking out other stores.

My dog has very severe allergys, and can't go out doors, so he has to do his business indoors. These pads are a blessing. He is only a small dog, but he went right to them and has never had an accident. Thank you so much for carrying these pads

This brand is smaller in size, thinner, and less quantity in the box, but the price reflects the regular Member's Mark brand. Read the reviews. They aren't comparable. Loyal customers are very upset. Come on, Sam's Club, do what is right and provide us with the original product. We had already endured the $3 price increase. This change is completely unacceptable.
Please bring the Member's Mark puppy pads back!

The box was the same when I made my purchase, but when I received my order the box was completely different with a much thinner and lower quality product. You need double the training pads in order for there not to be a mess. What in the world is going on? I see by the other reviews, I am definitely not alone noticing the dramatic decline in quality. They are no different than any other product on the market. Will be returning the unused boxes I purchased. This makes me sad to see such a great, highly used product just disappear and without notifying the consumer after I purchased.

They are used multipurposely. Under cat boxes. Had a leak under bathroom sink they served a short term purpose. Put them in front of doggy door for those muddy days of animals in and out. I put them under automatic flow water bowls for those sloppy drinkers! They're great!

The box has the same picture, but is significantly smaller ( although same 120 pads in number). These are quilted and much thinner. I ordered 7 boxes and after paying over 30 dollars in shipping, I have huge regrets. Buyer beware.

We normally pick ours up in store, but we ordered online this time. Two boxes like we normally get. The packaging is almost exactly the same as the previous ones we bought, I checked because we still have the box from the previous ones, but these new pads are completely different. These are flimsy, they won't lay flat, they don't absorb anything. The border is not also not as wide. When you lay the previous one against the ones I just received, the new ones are even smaller. The ones I just ordered have paw prints on the border but our previous ones did not. This is extremely deceptive to have the same box with the identical claims, but to have...

Very disappointed to get this new box and find that they have completely changed them. They are so thin and don’t absorb anything. Absolutely useless! I am using for two small Yorkies. Previously, I noticed that the product was this way when I ordered for delivery but better when I bought in store. Now in store purchased is inferior as well. This is an obvious case of "You get what you pay for." These are terrible. Our dog is a 13 yr old paralyzed doxie, so we have to express him ourselves. Because of this, the pad does not sit for longer than it takes us to pee him. They leaked INSTANTLY!! I have tried many different brands. Some were incredibly thin, causing them to leak off side. Some were just cheap, period. But these leaked immediately, and I mean immediately. Will absolutely not be buying again. It's unbelievable how crappy the quality is.

Members MARK DOGGY PADS - 1 out of 5 stars review12/6/2019I've been buying puppy pads from Sam's Club for years. I received my order delivered today and noticed the boxes were smaller than previous purchases, but had the same number of pads. I compared them with pads from the last purchase and noticed a big difference in the quality. These are nowhere near as thick or absorbent. They lowered the quality so I'll have to find another source for the pads.

It isn't very honest on Sam's part to feature the same packaging on a product that is a squirt shy of what it used to be, which was much larger. These pads are inferior. They are thin and small. I don't want to give them a 1 pee or poop rating. I will be returning them and from now on ordering training pads with someone else. If the larger ones are no longer made, which I can't find on your online store, the smaller ones should have different packaging. Attached are pictures of previous purchase and recent purchase.

S... - 5 out of 5 stars review9/28/2023I ordered several box's and noted they were same size, same count, but the box's were smaller. I did a comparison and found these new thinner pads to be better quality. The new pads, altho thinner, are higher quality. The old pads were soft and cottony but did tend to bunch up like the old throw away diapers of years past. These new pads are textured with a quilt type design. They are the same quality as more expensive brands I have purchased in the past. I have one 8.5 pound Maltese that is almost 11 years old and he has never gone potty outside. FYI I have always placed a washable pad underneath for just in case there is a runoff.
