I have used these for years. I received my order this time and the box was smaller but same number of pads. They are thinner and do not absorb as well. Bad move. The price went up the quality went down. Why not maybe decease a few pads per box with the better quality. Currently, I am looking to buy for some where the quality is better than what members mark has just changed to….

They definitely changed the materials on these pads. The previous ones were made much more sturdier and we're stiffer so they would absorb more, they also appeared to be bigger. These are ok but the quality is definitely not as good as the previous ones.

I use these when I can find them. So often they are not available. I do notice a change in quality from when I started using them. They really don't hold 8 cups of water now but they are AOK for my dog. Please try to make them more available in store and online both. You must have some people hoarding or perhaps boarding facilities are ordering in quantity leaving none for other customers.

Worst pee pads ever. They smell like pee right out of the box and they don't absorb much. Go back to what you had a couple years ago because the last time you changed they were terrible but these new ones are absolutely disgusting. Sorry I ordered 4 boxes.

These are non-absorbent & thin. Pee goes right on thru to the floor. Have to stack 2 on top of each other to even remotely have a chance. Pee soaked carpet is revolting. Disappointed! Thought these were going to be a godsend & save me money but no way.

I've used other pads and they work fine for my puppy but he doesn't want to use these. The only thing he's done with these is rip into the inside and fling garbage everywhere and he'll pee beside them. Lol Now I'm using all of my paper towels to wipe up pee.

I have a shih tzu. But Something has been changed with these pee pads. They used to be thicker a more absorbent. Now they’re thin and don’t hold as much liquid like the previous version. She can pee 2x and the pee pad is completely full. Even tho it’s the same size as the previous version. She’s a small dog. Whoever is messing with these pee pads by making poorer quality and raising the price. Needs to stop. The price just keeps going up an up yet the product gets worse and worse.!!!!!

Pads are not as good as quality as they use to be. They are so suppose to be quilted most of pads in box are not quilted and the white lining of the pad in spots is not there. These pads still work but the quality is poor compared to what they use to be. Like some have said they don't absorb as well as they once did.

Don't waste your money , these are so so thin now and 6 inches shorter and leak all over your floor , they are a dollar less a box but they are really bad , I bought four boxes because I have been buying them for a long time same box and everything they were just by 30" long instead of 24" and you could NOT see through them but now you can . I just ran out and found out I can not buy the other ones anymore these are the replacement , you might as well put paper down cause its going to be the same effect . I would give a zero if it would let me but you have to select something in order to leave a review. I am very disappointed and normally dont leave reviews , wished someone had told me , but I have three unopened boxes but the closes sams to me to get a return is 40 something away and boxes are too large for it to be economical to return.

We have bought this brand of pads for several years, but the last box has very poor quality pads. It is a much smaller box with the same amount of pads. I knew that was a red flag. The absorbent material in the pads is much thinner and you can see many blank spots where there is no filling and they do not absorb the smell as well either. Very disappointed in the changes in this product.
