Pads are not as good as quality as they use to be. They are so suppose to be quilted most of pads in box are not quilted and the white lining of the pad in spots is not there. These pads still work but the quality is poor compared to what they use to be. Like some have said they don't absorb as well as they once did.

At some point in the last year these apparently switched to a different supplier, and the new ones are pretty much worthless. They leak, badly. They've basically become just one more thing to clean up when there's an accident. We've bought at least three boxes of the new pads hoping it was just a fluke, but won't be buying any more.

I've used other pads and they work fine for my puppy but he doesn't want to use these. The only thing he's done with these is rip into the inside and fling garbage everywhere and he'll pee beside them. Lol Now I'm using all of my paper towels to wipe up pee.

This product went away for a period of time and another brand was being substituted. The brand that was being substituted was far superior than the current pee pad the company is using. The prior pad before going away was a good pad the current green pads leak and soak through to the floor. If Pee is on the edges it rolls onto the floor instead of being absorbed. Also my most recent purchase showed this current version of the original went up in price by about .50. It is one thing to raise the price when you are returning a better product, but when the new product is cheap and of a lesser quality is absolutely appaling and an insult to your loyal customers... Please take the team and go back to the drawing board and redesign and a better pad and while you are at it please lower your cost per box by $2-3 for the inconvenience of trying to pull one over on your loyal customers. (over 20 yrs)

Nice and durable

These pads are PERFECT for my geriatric cat with urinary issues. I'd estimate he pees approx. 1/8 to 1/4 cup several times per day and overnight. I normally put down two pads side by side. He will use a pad no more than 2x, then wants a fresh one. :) The pads are quilted and very absorbent and well made. I have used larger pads that are less absorbent. And since my kitty will only use the pads 2x it was a waste of money to buy large pads because he would only use them 2x. Clean guy eh! :) Honestly I almost did not purchase these pads due to all the negative feedback; however, I am glad that I did purchase them! Perhaps some people have dogs that pee a large volume and frequently? Under those circumstances I do not know how they would perform as they are relatively small in size. This may be why all the negative feedback, as some folks expect too much from these pads. BTW, I search the internet and could not find any cheaper pads than these.

These have changed recently! They were all out everywhere in our area but was out of state and found couple boxes of them and was happy. When we returned home they were back in stock however there has been a major change in them. The newer boxes are way smaller with the same amount in them and the new ones are very thin! One time peeing on them goes all the way through and on to our floor! We have been buying these for a very long time but will not buy anymore unless they go back to the way they were! Will also be returning 2 boxes of them to the store. I have enclosed pictures to prove what I’m saying. SAMS, please look into this and fix them back the way they were! Not very absorbant

Used to be a great product. The last two boxes have been a totally different material of puppy pad. Material moves around easy and is now super flimsy. Really hope they go back to the old material otherwise it’s pointless to buy them here anymore when it is the same quality you can get for cheaper at the local stores.
