In the chaos of Coronavavirus I went to stock up on my much needed pet supplies. #1 on my list was Pooch Pads. I have a small indoor dog, and these are on the top of my list. I opened up the package this morning and very, very disappointed with the quality of the new product. They are thin, flimsy, and cheaply made. I really want to return the product, get a refund, and purchase my pooch pads somewhere else. Please think about bringing back the previous ones! Thank you!

I have purchased puppy pads for many years at Sam's and have always been happy. HOWEVER, they either started making their own with an almost exact looking box to fool us, OR they have reduced the quality so much that a PAPER TOWEL would work better. The urine rolls off. The edges are ruffled. They are no longer quilted. Very thin & flimsy. Totally inferior product. I still was required to pay the shipping and sales tax on shipping (didn't think it was legal to charge tax on shipping). Lesson learned!

I buy these regularly and frequently as our little Shih Tzu has allergic reactions if she is in the grass too long. I have always used a pad like these and I was so happy to find these. Besides the fact that they were a great price, it was always convenient to stop by our local Sam's Club and pick some up when needed. I don't have to worry at all with these and have yet to have one leak. They do the job perfectly. Now I find they have taken them out of the Clubs and I was told that they are only available online. Ok, I didn't have a problem with purchasing them online at all, but I have a real problem finding that they are always out of stock. I would really like to know if they will be available soon or if I need to start looking elsewhere?!?! We were looking for pads like these and I was told that we could find them at Sam's. We only joined Sam's Club so we could purchase these but have purchased other items as well. If we're not going to be able to purchase these any longer we will probably have to rethink renewing our membership next year as the need will no longer be a reason to renew.

These used to be really nice. They are smaller in size plus so much thinner. They are stuck together most of the time. When I tried to open one all the contents poured out and went everywhere. Why did you go so cheap? I used to recommend these to all my fur baby parents. I have to find something else . I’m so disappointed.

I used to primarily buy these for my two dogs (11lb and 24lb) and for 4 years it worked great. Within the past 6 months, the pads have changed and they're terrible now. They're super flimsy and leak. The smallest friction will rip the pad since I've ripped one or two just trying to pull them out of the packaging. The quality went from a solid 8.5 to a now 2.0 at best. We've used up the last of the pads we had stockpiled from before the change and I'm currently in the process of trying to find decent puppy pads since the Members Mark ones aren't reliable anymore.

This is the worst thing I’ve purchased. My puppy pees right through them. They have a horrible smell once they become wet and When cleaning up the pee pours right out of them. I purchased due to a friend recommending them and they have a good price but i would not be purchasing again sadly

I just recieved these yesterday, ordered due to decent reviews and slightly lower price. Normally I buy the Miracle Absorb training pads. I currently have a litter of puppies and since its so rainy and stormy out, I'm having to train them on potty pads. These are such a pitiful excuse for potty/training pads. I have no words to sum up my frustration with the terrible quality. Bought 2 boxes. Had to use 17 of these today, compared to the 6 I would have used of other brand. These are not "quilted" surface. They have hardly any absorbent filling. For some reason the backing is SUPER slick, and they slide right out as soon as the dogs step onto them. They do not, will not, lay flat. I will be returning the unopened box to Sam's club. This is the first bad experience that I've had with any Members Mark brand item, usually I'm completely satisfied.

I don't really want to give such a low rating on the product pictured, but I will in hopes that the actual product we purchased was in fact a substitution for the one pictured. We went to our normal location to get our stash of these pads (we love them), just to find they were sold out, online as well. I contacted customer service to find out if/when they'd be back in stock. The rep gave us a few locations, somewhat nearby, so we purchased them through the website for pick up at the next closest location -- just over an hour drive. We didn't find out until we got there that the product we purchased was NOT the one pictured. We opened a box to confirm they were in fact different. It was a far inferior product, not even the same name...absolutely useless product. We returned the purchase before we left the store. I sure hope this is temporary, as the product pictured work very well for us. If not, the low rating is accurate.

We gave them a try, but immediately noticed the pads were larger, but MUCH thinner. We are upset to report these are NOT absorbent! Not only are they not absorbent...fluids go through the pads! Yes, our dog has the tendency to occasionally kick and we have found these ripped to shreds (he never ripped the old ones) but even ones he has not ripped in We have been purchasing (what we THOUGHT were the same) pads for the past four+ years. PLEASE bring back the original square pads with the puppy paws on them. They are the ONLY pads that have ever worked!

We’ve been using the Members Mark training pads for 5 1/2 years for our 90 lb English bull dog. I could always count on the quality and effectiveness….that’s why I was confident when we rescued 4 puppies that the training pads could handle the job as we potty train. That is, until the recent reformulation. The ‘new’ product has left my carpet smelling like ammonia as the liquid seeps through the plastic. Not only has the quality declined, but the price has increased. I used to recommend them to EVERY dog owner I knew, but not anymore 🙁
