I've been purchasing these puppy pads for approximately 4.5 years. This new version is very poor. It is the same as others. Because the previous version of the product was so good and worked so much better than others, I kept my Sam's Club Membership. They were the ONLY reason I continued to have a membership. The price was good. More importantly, the quality could not be compared! With other brands I had to use trash bag with towel underneath in case there was leakage. I'm going to have to do the same with these. If it doesn't change back, I'll not renew. Currently, I'm really upset because I recently renewed. If I knew this, I would not have. I hope it changes back soon so I find my membership valuable. Yes, I do purchase other items. However, there is not enough savings or value for me to pay for membership. Once again, I've kept a membership because of quality of previous product. I also appreciate when it's in stock at store. That has been an issue a few times.

Will not be buying these again. There much thinner than expected. My 4lb Chihuahua can pee one time and it goes thru the pad! It should be able to be used more than once. The spot is no larger than my hand but goes thru the entire pad to the floor. These have to be doubled up to keep the floor dry for one use. Not the quality I expected. Trying to add a picture because some places you can see they the pad to the back section of blue where there is little to no absorbing material.

Such inferior quality compared to the original ones they have carried in years past. I buy A LOT of them with 7 dogs. These are not as absorbent, more flimsy, and do not hold the same amount of liquid as the others. They are more difficult to clean up because they drip, and mostly, you have to use more than one, where as with the previous ones, one can be used multiple times if you arent home and your dog has to go. :( Very sad

I have b been using this product for the past 7 year and they have been a quality product. NO MORE! They changed to paper thin, non absorbent pad! Please bring back the. old ones. I am currently looking for a new product. Too bad the company had to cheap out on this!

I was disappointed when I wouldn’t find these in my local store. I went ahead and ordered two boxes and was very disappointed when they came in. They are no where near as thick and fluffy like they previous ones were...im sure these are also no where near absorbent. Really hoping they will bring the old ones back. Pretty bummed I spent $40 and now I have to boxes of pads I hate.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! These are the new pads placed in a smaller box with the old markings. These pads do NOT work as well. I can't believe that they pulled this marketing stunt after the low sales of the sub-par new pads in a different box. I sent them back.

These pads don't live up to their claim. We have a small dog and his urine soaks thru to the floor. Very poor product. You used to carry a good brand, why change to something that doesn't work. Can't buy from you any more. And I pay for a membership? For what?

It shows members mark dog pads are available for shipping only (no longer in stores) but when you add it to cart it states it is not available to ship?? And it is automatically removed from my cart. Very frustrating. Please get back in stock. I had to get a BJ's membership just to purchase dog pads! Not happy.

I have been purchasing the Member's Mark absorbent training pads for a long time now for our dogs and have always been happy with the quality. The most recent box, with a new design, was a big disappointment. The pads are nowhere near the quality of the ones I've always purchased previously and are so thin and flimsy you can almost see through them. I don't know if I got a defective box or if the pads have changed along with the box design. If the pads have changed, I hope Sam's Club will go back to the style previously available because these don't work well at all. If this is the product quality moving forward, I will have to find a new source for doggie pee pads.

The item is great but everyvtime I order for shipping to my home 9 times out of 10, I get an "out of stock",reply but whenever I go in to the store you always have an abundance in stock. I can't drive over 100 miles just to buy puppy pads. I order for home delivery frequently and its the one item that Is almost always out of stock.
