I have been buying these for years, all of the sudden I can’t find them in the club so I go online and buy them. The box was the same when I made my purchase, but when I received my order the box was completely different with a much thinner and lower quality product. You need double the training pads in order for there not to be a mess. What in the world is going on? I see by the other reviews, I am definitely not alone noticing the dramatic decline in quality. They are no different than any other product on the market. Will be returning the unused boxes I purchased. This makes me sad to see such a great, highly used product just disappear and without notifying the consumer after I purchased.

This order sat in process for days and when I got through to customer service they couldn't tell me why. This item has always arrived later than anything else I order but I still haven't received them. So to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I will not be ordering this item again.

I bought the pet pads for my elderly cat to use. I was pleasantly relieved that she preferred them over the bathroom towels and mat. It is easy to use and dispose the pad with making additional mess. Also, the pad doesn’t take up much space in the bathroom.

It's Ok if you really need puppy pads. It does it job by absorbing your pets mess. BUT, it's not meant to hold big puddles! I DO NOT RECOMMEND for active pets especially puppies! The pad contains somekind of substance that turns to jelly. This would be fine, but I used this pads for puppies that would scratch and tear the pads, quite easily actually. The jelly substance would get all over the place, and I'm NOT truly convinced that it is not toxic? I read the box and nowhere does it say the wetness will turn into an absorbent gel. Maybe that's my misunderstanding. I have used other brands of pads, & there was never a jelly substance in those. I would NOT recommend purchasing these pads if you have a different option.

Since you have changed your formula from the all white pads to this new style with the greenish tint , once our dog wets it it becomes extremely dangerous if stepped on. It is slippery as ice , I'm 64 yrs old and fell yesterday because of this. Please go back to the old formula which absorbed and did not become slippery, I have been buying these from Sams for years, because we raise Yorkies and always have wet spots, the old pads worked great ,these new ones suck

Compared to the other name brand and Pets store brand pads, these are far better. They hold more liquid and are just better quality. The Pet store brand suckers you in by adding a “sticky” strip at the bottom that never actually sticks well to the ground. So for the price, there’s just no comparison. You save money and get a product that holds 3Xs more liquid in case your Pup has to go.

HALLELUJAH thank the lord these are back. These are the absolute best pee pads and the absolute best value!!! I was freaking out when the listing said SOLD OUT because that’s the kiss of death for some items - never to be back in stock again! The reviews for the alternative are HORRIBLE. Thought for sure I’d be forced to start paying double to get them elsewhere. Then I just happened to check and these are in stock on store again!! I normally do shipping but no dice. I’m picking up 2 boxes tomorrow!

These dog pads are the perfect size and the best brand I have ever had. They are so limites and rarely in stock which makes it hard to get, but I wish I could buy them elsewhere because these are my #1 brand and better than the other 10 brands I bave tried.

Small dog & the pad does not absorb. Dogs feet get dirty every time (gross) Then i need to clean the dog. Spreads out & runs off the pad and through it. Liquids run off of it when picking it up after one time use & it drips. Does not control odor. Horrible product. Returning them.

These pads used to be great, however, the last two orders I've placed for delivery have been incredibly sub-standard. It would appear the supplier or manufacturing process has completely changed over the last few months, which has led to pads being incredibly thin or missing absorbent padding altogether. There also appears to be some sort of rough texture on the back side of the pads, which upon closer inspection reveals micro perforations in some areas. This completely renders pads useless, and we've had quite a few leak throughs due to this. Unless these go back to prior quality, I cannot recommend these to friends or family, or continue using them.
