I use this gum when I cant vape and need my nicotine. Its better than the chalky chewables I used to use, and cheaper.

I got the coated fruit wave gum and they not only help with my cravings but they taste amazing as well!! I chew one every 2 hours and I don’t feel the need to use my E-pen as much anymore! My husband smokes a pack a day, but if he chews this gum he will smoke more than half usual. The only thing I will say is maybe I should have gotten 2mg instead because I do think sometimes the 4mg bothers your stomach because it’s just a little too strong.

The gum has less side affects because it is ingested in my opinion. Compared to the patch it is a gradual affect. Great for breath too.

I'm not a fan of mint and it makes my stomach hurts so I was a little disappointed because it's not fruity at all. I also think I should have ordered the lower strength nicotine gum, this one made my throat feel scratchy. I'll stick to vaping, but I probably would have loved this if I had ordered cinnamon flavor with the lower dose nicotine.

After about a week, he has said both the taste and effects are the same to where he believes the manufacturer is the same.
