I got the 2mg but there is also a 4mg option, as well as other flavors too. Tastes exactly like I remember any other nicotine gum tastes like.

So I'm using it to help cut down then quit completely. The fruit flavor tastes pretty good. The "pepper" taste of the nicotine does not.
