[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So Ive been using the patch to quit smoking. I never really thought to use the gun, mostly because Im not a huge fan of chewing gum in general. After trying this, I realized its not as bad as I had thought! Ive only tried this flavor (I really dislike the flavor of most mint gums, weird I know) so I was pleasantly surprised that I ended up enjoying this flavor. I still felt some cravings here & there but that could just be an individual issue.

I usually social smoke on the weekends, and since I have started using this #nicotinegum , I haven’t smoked since . I would recommend this to someone is wanting to stop smoking. I started smoking again, and am now in the process of quitting again. I must say I didn't expect the Member's Mark brand nicotine gum to live up to the other brand, but it sure does! The gums are the same size, the ice mint flavor tastes great and is very refreshing, but best if all they really help me overcome my cravings and have already cut back in how often I need to take them. I am very confident that I won't be smoking again, and if anything I will just be buying more of this gum.

He said it tastes really good and it has somewhat curbed his tobacco cravings. He chews tobacco less frequently than he did before. It also leaves good after taste. With the continued use and over the time, I hope this helps him completely from chewing tobacco.

I use this gum when I cant vape and need my nicotine. Its better than the chalky chewables I used to use, and cheaper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this product while running errands, traveling or in any situation where smoking a cigarette may not be appropriate. Curbs my cravings fast. My only issue is that I sometimes get hiccups while chewing. Other than that, it's perfect!

But after about 5 minutes to use it really start scratching the back of my throat. my husband still uses it, but I personally cannot stand them. I can't stand the feeling of a toothbrush scraping the back of my throat, which is what it feels like basically.
