He liked this and liked that you seemed to get a lot more gum for a lower price. the taste was similar and worked just as well. He is hoping to be able to ween himself off of this in the next 6 months, so hopefully that works!

But after about 5 minutes to use it really start scratching the back of my throat. my husband still uses it, but I personally cannot stand them. I can't stand the feeling of a toothbrush scraping the back of my throat, which is what it feels like basically.

I got the coated fruit wave gum and they not only help with my cravings but they taste amazing as well!! I chew one every 2 hours and I don’t feel the need to use my E-pen as much anymore! The price for the amount of pieces you get is unheard of. He said the flavor is excellent and the gum is comparable to name brands that are way more expensive. I will be purchasing again! I do wish the cinnamon flavor was available for purchase in store though.

After trying this, I realized its not as bad as I had thought! Ive only tried this flavor (I really dislike the flavor of most mint gums, weird I know) so I was pleasantly surprised that I ended up enjoying this flavor. I still felt some cravings here & there but that could just be an individual issue.
