We purchase 100's of these each year. Cookies are great, but Sam's often poorly packages and the cans get excessive damage making them unusable as gifts. Sam's customer support states they must pass to a higher support staff and they in turn are non-responsive. Last time I sent 4 emails asking for follow up. Finally gave up and returned 68 damaged (4) packs to the store. Store personnel was great to work with.

Great Cookies, Beware Shipping and Online Support

I purchased this as a gift in the event I had extra visitors. I ended up keeping it. The cookies are delicious.  Having four individual cans is awesome because the cookies stay fresh.
