[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only used it dry but so far this has been one of the best shavers I've ever used. Easy to use and clean. Battery lasting a very long time and still on my first charge. Would definitely buy it again.

I like how it comes with a cleaner and teaches you how to shave better but the pop out side trimmer isn't good for small hairs under nose or sideburns like old was was even till the day I had to throw it away due to really dull head

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to clean! Excellent, quick shave, especially on the hard-to-shave neck area. Sideburn trimmer works well. Phillips needs to provide a plastic head cover as it takes up less storage room in the drawer than the nice travel case.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the version without the cleaning system. However the app is convinced that I do and just about every time, it asks me if I want to clean it. If I put my model number in, shouldn't it know whether I have the cleaning system or not??

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am coming from Braun 7, which I also liked. This is a different shaving experience. Philips is noticeably quitter and quicker. What I like most thus far is the cleaning pod. It's much simpler and smaller comparing to Braun. My only dislike is trimming sideburns. Braun worked better for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had recently purchased another brand of scalp electric razor and it lasted a little over a month and then stopped charging. I bought this as a replacement for that and wasn't really sure how it would do full face and scalp. With the 3 pivoting heads it works great. Close shave and no razor burn. I do open the shaver and clean the heads using the brush, but also use the cleaner also. Easy to use as well. Takes 3 minutes to do full face and scalp.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this for a little over a month and it's working great! This isn't my first Norecol shaver so the reason for 4 stars is the cover. It's been the same for years. It's so easy to break off one of the knobs that hold it in place and I can already see that it won't be long until this one breaks too! Comeon guys, fix this issue!
