[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I stepped away from an electric razor several years ago.. I had morello most of my shaving life. Because it was quick and easy. But did not cut like a blade . Blades got better and came in batches of 3 or blades to shaver blade. I guess electrics had to keep up. The norelco I recently bought seems to be doing a fine job of shaving ! I will continue with this norelco unless the tide changes back to something new for this market . So far so good though

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a Norelco electric razor since I've been shaving (many decades ago) - and I must say this one leaves my skin super-smooth and has worked closely without irritation from the very start. The cleaning stand/cartridge is an added benefit, and the USB charge cord allows re-upping the battery just about anywhere.

I say that with the knowledge that my old Philip's shaver was the best at least I thought. My old shaver was approximately 31 years old. Absolutely loved the shave and feel afterwards. This new shaver is so much better. The 7000 is perfect for someone who has a fine brissiley facial beard. I normally need to use it twice per day, morning and evening, and i have no chaving or burning sensation after use. At this point I have nothing of a con to offer. All that I can say is if you want a great shave try this appliance. If it lasts for as long as my old shaver I then have found a winner.

It cut my shaving time in half and does a superior job. Charge lasts for 7-8 days and the cleaning canister makes cleaning and lubrication a no brainier. I've been shaving for about 55 years and the past month has been the easiest.

But, the Shaver 7000, delivered a close shave to my face. I was very pleased. However, I was a little disappointed in the pop-up razor. It did a barely adequate job on the back of his life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Philips claims “ The Philips Norelco Series 7000 glides smoothly over your skin, while cutting each hair close - even on 3-day beards”. My experience is very different … it does not cut each hair close nor does it glide smoothly. It is a heavy shaver (compared to others), and the trimmer scratches without successfully trimming my sideburn. I need to go over my face several times before getting anything close to a smooth shave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The razor is easy to use and lets you know when it should be charged. It also is much better when it comes changing the heads on the razor. There are three lock rings that hold the heads in place. When its time to change them you carefully turn them to unlock the heads. Then you reverse the procedure when you install the replacement heads.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First and foremost, the shaver does a great job. I get a clean shave. The hint to rotate the shaver really helps to get a close shave. The icing on the cake though, is the self cleaning feature.sticking the shaver on the cleaner and pressing the start button is easy and quite effective. Additionally the charge lasts quite a while for me.
