The cleaning pod is marvelous, helping to ensure I get the best shave possible every time. I did connect to the smartphone app, but I can't yet see the benefit of it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Norelco shavers for the past 60 years. Each razor was a little better than the one before it. This shaver is no different. I like that the trimmer is built into the shaver as opposed to separate heads on the old one. The on/off button is indented enough that I don’t shut it off or lock it accidentally while using it. The cleaning system is smaller and no longer needs its own power source. All good things. My only complaint is the shape of the head. The squared ends make it difficult to get the areas right below the nose. All in all, I would recommend this shaver.

Shaves great even with a three day growth and without sounding like it’s bogging down or having to rub your hands neck raw. Great razor!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this shaver for my husband after he had surgery. It seems you have to press harder to get a good shave. He uses it, but not a fan, in the end he will return to razors after he is feeling better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Philips Norelco shavers for decades, and this new one gives a more comfortable shave than my previous models. The flexible head make it easier to use. A plastic part on my previous shaver broke after about a year, and I hope this model lasts much longer. This one can be carefully cleaned in the same manner as previously models. with the included small brush. I enjoy sitting outside while cleaning my razor, weather permitting, so no rush, and I'm not interested in newer cleaning options. This model is longer but fits OK in my travel bag. I wish it came with a protective case.

The cleaner that comes with this, an optional accessory is a pleasant smell too. My wife loves my smooth skin after shaving. Have not found anything to complain about yet. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awkward to hold. Shave heads are too big to easily shave moustache. Does not include a charging adapter. Mine quit charging after a month. Had to call to get a replacement. Fortunately it was still under warranty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always used a blade, whether it was a disposeable or a safety razor. Any time I used an electric it never felt like my shave was close enough. This electric with the wet feature has changed my mind. I put on shave cream, shave, and the result is very much the same as my blade but with much less effort. I would have to use the blade carefully against the grain. My shave now feels as if I have shaved against the grain and without any skin irritation. I am very happy with this purchase.
