The product gives probably the best shave of any shaver I've ever had. It is let down considerably by poorly designed head that allows the inner edges to catch on skin (especially on a chubby face) and flip out of place. I get this maybe twice every shaves. Also, who on earth said let's give the outer edges a squared off, thick (thicker than the inside edges) profile that prevents access to the nasal area like the previous models allowed with ease. I love the shave quality. I hate the ergonomics!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shape of the Shaving Heads are not what I thought them to be. Hard to shave parts of my upper lip and under the nose. The shaver works but I end up using a second shaver to get my upper lip "CLEAN". I would not recommend this shaver. If I had to do it over, I would have purchased a different shaver.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has to be the best shaver I have ever owned. I upgraded from an older Philips shaver I probably owned for nine years. I can literally shave my face in like three minutes and it is smooth unlike my older shaver I had to constantly go over and over spots. I like that it connects to an app and tells me how accurate my shave was. I believe I started at 42% now up too 84%. The shaver is very easy to clean and the app let's me know how many shaves I have left also what percent the blades are at. I don't know if there is a charging stand for this model because I didn't have one in the box and was wondering if it is sold separately.

I used it for a couple of years but the shave never improved. So, I gave up, trashed it and went with a Phillips Norelco 7000 shaver and was taken by surprise by the quality of the shave. I will never switch brands.

I travel extensively and can use it on flights, airports etc. it is simple to clean. The best part is u can actually clean it with running water under a faucet. Gives a close shave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Given clean shave but difficult friction when shaving skin even with face lubricated. Hard to shave close to nose with large rotating head plus blocks vision. Previous older Phillips saver no longer sold is much better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This may be the norm for electric shavers but it never really gives a close shave like using shaving cream and a razor. Hard to get close to sideburns, eye laches, and nose. Not a time saver either. Only plus is this is convenient when not wanting to get face wet.

It's louder than prior models I have owned , and doesn't shave as close without additional passes across each area. The new design does not allow to get the upper lip as close to the nose. Good marketing but not an improvement.

Hopefully, it lasts longer than my last Phillips Shaver which was an S9000 prestige that died only a month after the warranty ran out. I considered buying other brands because of this but thought back to when I used other brands in the past and the didn't perform nearly as well as Phillips!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Norelco 7200 Wet & Dry razor. I have been using it for about 2 months and find the shave to be very good. The 3 pivoting heads are a great improvement over my 15 year old Norelco with a flat surface for the 3 heads. The ability to rinse it out with warm water every 3-5 shaves is also much appreciated. I find it allows me to complete my shave in a much shorter time than my older Norelco. 5-Stars!!!
