[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that these don't have a smell like some meds. Easy to swallow so I know to take them everyday. I've been working on myself so I'm trying these.

I would recommend this product. It helps with the food carving and energy levels.

Haven't used it much because of the high dosage of chromium

Tried taking at various times of the day and always with food; unfortunately these gave both of us terrible heartburn.

The original flavor w as much better than the black cherry flavor. Bring the apple flavor back

I have not noticed any effect. Blood test shows no change.

Too early to make any claims. I have only been taking for two weeks and nothing positive so far. Wait and see.
