Very happy with the product

The Dyson was very easy to assemble, taking about 5-10 minutes to completely assemble. It was immediately used in our living room area. We had just vacuumed the area less than 12 hours prior to the Dyson being delivered; and I was amazed the amount of dirt that was pulled from the carpet. I would highly recommend this product. It does an amazing job!

Bottom piece detaches from ball

This is my 3rd purchase, but my first was good and lasted only three years not after that the other two last for less than 6 months as the bottom piece keeps disconnecting and breaking off which is really frustrating so I will not be buying this again as the quality has dimished and cost too much to break easily,
