More cheaply made than previous models, but cost about half the price. Great suction. Like the idea of the washable filters.

The product doesn't work as it should. It doesn't vacuum carpets efficiently, and it doesn't vacuum some carpets at all; it just stops working.

This is my first Dyson vacuum, I love it! I’ve always used sharks but I think im now hooked on Dyson.

It’s a really powerful vacuum. My carpet looked clean from the surface but it still pulled up a lot of dirt and dust bunnies.

Vacuum is great. I have one that was just getting really old and I thought it worked good enough until I got this one. My carpets look really good!

Works great! Has powerful suction. Just wish it had the adapter to hold the additional wand attachment.

This vacuum does an excellent job of removing all the dog's hair from the carpet. It picks up everything and leaves a nice line on the carpet showing where you have vacuumed. I would repurchase this vacuum.

It's big and heavy and I could not push it through my area rug even on the carpet mode. I had the smaller version that was very easy to use, but after 12 years of lots of use, it was not a candidate for repair.
