I wore this in an outing and they didn't chafe my skin or ripped.. I felt very comfortable wearing them, knowing that I could trust they'd keep me dry and safe from embarrassing leaks.

The material feels soft like cotton. The absorbent liner is extra long and goes from mid front to mid back allowing no leakage out for me. It has a very very light sent almost nonexistent for anyone that may be sensitive.

I also used the recently when I had a small procedure and had issues with being able to move around as normal. So, there are definitely other reasons for needing this type of product. I found the panties as a whole to work well for what I needed. I found them to be very comfortable and felt fine against my skin.

So I invited two of my best friends to do the testing for me. Results they both were very shocked and surprised how comfortable and met their expectations. However they nor I never knew "Always" made under garments. I suggest if anyone needs help in this department remember "Always" undergarments are the bomb! The only thing is that they are high waisted , so be sure to wear a shirt that cover the part that hangs out over your pants other than that it feels like you're wearing regular underwear.
